What We Do When We Get There
Step one is making it safe — shut down the affected circuit, isolate the panel if needed, confirm there's no active fire risk. From there we diagnose, give you a clear quote for the repair, and either fix it on the spot or temporarily safe everything off until we can get parts in the morning. We don't leave a hazard live overnight.

Anything where there's smoke, burning smell, sparks, or you've lost power to something critical like a medical device or heating in winter. Loose outlets and tripped breakers that reset cleanly aren't usually emergencies.
How fast can you get here?
Most metro emergency calls are answered within 60–90 minutes day or night. Farther out (past Norman, past Edmond) may take a bit longer.
Do you charge extra for after-hours?
There's an after-hours dispatch fee that varies by time of night and day of week. We tell you the rate before we come out — no surprises.
